Refund policy
Please make sure you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
All sales all are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you would like to make a change or have a question about the order contact us via email info@vitalworldwide.co. Orders can be cancelled before the product has been shipped only within 3 business days of purchase/order being placed.
Once an order has been shipped we cannot make changes to the quantity, size or shipping destination.
Preorder items have the delivery specified in the description, if your item does not arrive within the specified shipping time we will contact you with an updated timeline and a reason for the delay. The customer can request a refund if the order does not arrive on time or the new deadline is not approved.
In the event that a product arrives in a different than ordered quantity, size, color, item type or is defective from the factory an exchange or refund can be arranged. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for products that have been damaged in transit or by the customer. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on items that have been used or damaged after removal from package. We do accept refunds or exchanges for only the cases specified above within 30 days of purchase. If a product or an order arrives damaged by the carrier, please refer to our shipping policy.
