Shipping policy

All orders will usually take 2-6 weeks to be processed and shipped unless otherwise specified in the product description.

All products are made to order unless otherwise specified.  If the item does not ship within the product shipping window, we will contact you directly with an updated timeline. Shipping periods are an estimate.  If a change or delay is made with your order, we will notify the customer through our official sales channels (Website, Discord, Instagram, and Email).

Packages will be delivered with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL and can vary depending on your regions policies or local package handler.

Orders with destinations other than the United States or Canada will be subject to custom duties, fees and tax dependent on the country of destination and the shipping option. If you would like to prepay for duties with a flat rate fee there is the Duties Paid or Prepaid option. Only with the 'Duties Paid' option all customs fees, postage, tax and customs duties will be covered beforehand by Vital Worldwide and the responsible carrier. Shipping Options marked 'Unpaid' will levy the duties and any fees associated with the inbound/outbound package onto the customer. With the Duties Unpaid option the package and any fees, tariffs, tax or customs costs will be the responsibility of the customer when it has been shipped by the carrier.  

Shipping price will be dependent on the weight of the parcel and shipping destination.  

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been dispatched.

The customer is responsible for any duties or tax due upon arrival unless marked otherwise.  International orders labeled duties included will be exempt from paying any customs fees. 

Shipping time length is dependent on the weather and holiday schedule.  Contact us at info@vitalworldwide.co If after 6 weeks no update has been made. 

We are not responsible for delays or damages made to the parcel after the package has been shipped.

If a package arrives damaged by the carrier, contact us via email info@vitalworldwide.co, in which case we will open a claim with the carrier.  Upon completion of the investigation, if the package is deemed lost we will either issue the refund or exchange.

In the event that a product will not be fulfilled within the specified shipping timeframe we will either contact you by email, discord or instagram.  As items are made to order, shipping periods are an estimate.  If a delay occurs with production or shipment we will post the reasonable basis for said delay on our website, discord and Instagram and can offer a refund or make alternative arrangements with the customer.
